Who is responsible

This website belongs to GuimGames, the independent studio of Guim Andiñach Viñals, based in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain). For anything related to your data, write to guimgames@fatto-prizzerva.com.

What we collect and why

Your e-mail address, only if you decide to give it to us through the “Notify me” form or by writing to us. We use it to tell you about Fatto Prizzerva: the demo, the Kickstarter launch and the tournaments. Nothing else.
Anything you write to us by e-mail, to answer you.

The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us or by using the unsubscribe link in any of our e-mails.

What we do not do

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Fonts, images and videos are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
We never sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

Who else may see it

If we use a mailing service to send our news, your e-mail address will be stored by that provider on our behalf and under a data processing agreement. We will name the provider here when we start using one.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, or until the project stops sending news, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, limit or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to guimgames@fatto-prizzerva.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).
